Lee Ann is such a wonderful person. Both the home sale and the farm sale she completed for us went sooo much smoother than I thought they would. She has so many contacts that helped with clearing out unwanted stuff, cleaning, making repairs, etc. And because of her willingness to work a problem, and the respect she garners with all of her contacts, I was able to sell both properties in my parents trust in a timely fashion.
